In his comments, Trump emphasized the need for Russia to reach an agreement, noting the significant losses suffered by both Russia and Ukraine. He reiterated his intention to meet with Zelensky again later in the day.
While no official schedule for further meetings between the U.S. and Ukrainian presidents was released, it was also reported that Macron had a brief bilateral discussion with Zelensky prior to the main session of the G7 summit.
