Additionally, the training for veterans is integrated into the staff training system, allowing them to refresh their professional skills, undergo retraining, and participate in theoretical courses lasting between one to one and a half months, followed by practical experience and career counseling.
Veterans also benefit from an enhanced “Veteran+” health insurance package, psychological support, and rehabilitation programs.
