Intensified Military Activity Reported in the Alexandrovsky Sector of Ukraine

The Alexandrovsky sector remains one of the most active fronts in Ukraine, where Russian forces continue their intensive assault operations. In contrast, Ukrainian troops are employing an active defense strategy and have reported some successes.

General Syrsky recently conducted a working visit to the combat zone, meeting with the command of the army corps as well as the 31st and 67th separate mechanized brigades. He noted that large-scale assaults by the Russian army, which had involved heavy equipment, have nearly ceased in this area.

Instead, occupying forces are increasingly utilizing drones, artillery, and small infantry groups. “Our defense forces are implementing an active defense strategy. When possible and appropriate, they are advancing and achieving certain successes,” Syrsky stated.

During the visit, commanders provided updates on the current situation in their respective sectors, including the supply of weapons and military equipment, such as drones, ground robotic systems, and artillery munitions.

Syrsky emphasized the importance of addressing the rotation of troops at the frontline and the ongoing execution of combat tasks. He concluded by expressing gratitude to the soldiers and their commanders for their resilience and courage.

The Alexandrovsky sector in Ukraine has seen a shift in military tactics, with Ukrainian forces reporting successes in active defense against Russian assaults. General Syrsky's recent visit highlighted the current operational status and logistical needs of the troops.
