Ukrainian Soldiers Utilize New App for Streamlined Return to Service

Nearly 200 Ukrainian military personnel have submitted requests to return to active duty through the “Army+” application, according to Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.

Fedorov announced that the fast-track process for returning to service is now operational. Soldiers can select a new unit from a list of the most effective defense forces, submit their requests online, and receive support throughout the reintegration process.

As of now, 51 requests have been approved, allowing these soldiers to continue their service in their chosen units.

Last week, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense indicated that soldiers who left their units without permission by June 12 would have the opportunity to return by September 20 under a new procedure. This initiative allows them to choose their units without the need for reserve battalions.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has launched a new initiative allowing soldiers who left their posts to return to service through an online application. This streamlined process aims to enhance military effectiveness by enabling personnel to select their preferred units.
