Timchenko noted that DTEK has repeatedly faced significant losses in its energy capacity but has successfully managed to recover each time. He pointed out that effective coordination, European integration, decentralized energy systems, and resilient people have been crucial to these efforts.
He further explained that Ukraine is currently demonstrating to Europe how energy systems should evolve, especially when critical infrastructure is targeted. Timchenko conveyed this message to a group of E.ON network executives, stressing the practical implications of these threats for European security.
