Ukrainian Defense Ministry Suspends Certain Services in Reserve+ App

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has announced a temporary suspension of specific services within the Reserve+ application, which require verification of disability status from other government systems. This decision aims to prevent errors in processing applications due to incorrect responses from social registry databases.

As a result of this suspension, users may find the following services unavailable:

  • Submitting applications for deferment based on disability;
  • Updating disability information online;
  • Verification of relevant data by Territorial Recruitment Centers and Social Protection authorities.

The Ministry clarified that this pause does not affect existing deferments and does not revoke the right to deferment if legal grounds are present. They assured users that once stable data exchange is restored, these services will be reactivated in the Reserve+ application, with further updates to be communicated.

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry has temporarily halted certain services in the Reserve+ app to ensure accurate processing of disability-related applications. Existing deferments remain unaffected, and services will resume once data exchange stabilizes.
