Russian Missile Strike Hits Agricultural Facility in Odesa Region

On the evening of June 21, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike using an Iskander missile, targeting an agricultural enterprise in the Odesa region. This attack resulted in one fatality and left three individuals injured, according to Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa regional military administration.

The missile strike caused a fire involving vehicles and fuel storage facilities. Additionally, a warehouse belonging to the enterprise was reported to be destroyed as a result of the attack.

Emergency services are currently on-site to manage the aftermath of the incident. Kiper noted that further information regarding the condition of the injured and the overall consequences of the strike is being confirmed.

Details surrounding the missile strike indicate that an air raid alert was issued in the Odesa region at 11:13 PM. This alert was extended to the neighboring Rozdilna and Podilsk districts just eight minutes later. By 11:48 PM, the Ukrainian Air Force reported a group of attack drones moving from the Black Sea toward southern Odesa. The air raid alert was lifted shortly thereafter, at 11:49 PM, across all three districts.
