A drone strike occurred in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv on Sunday, igniting the roof of a private residence. The incident was confirmed by Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
According to Synegubov, the fire was promptly contained by firefighters from the State Emergency Service. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries resulting from the attack.
This incident follows a previous drone strike on May 9, which targeted the Industrial district of Kharkiv during a period described as a “ceasefire.” That attack resulted in damage to a nine-story building and left five individuals injured, including two eight-year-old boys.
A recent drone strike in Kharkiv resulted in a fire at a private home but no injuries were reported. This follows a prior attack that caused injuries to several residents.
