Ukrainian defense forces have successfully struck a tanker associated with Russia’s shadow fleet in the Black Sea, along with two automotive bridges and several command posts used by Russian troops. These operations were conducted on June 16 and in the early hours of June 17.
The tanker, identified as FINA A (IMO 9283306), is reported to have been engaged in transporting oil and petroleum products for Russia, circumventing international sanctions imposed by the EU, Switzerland, the UK, Canada, and Ukraine. The vessel measures 244.6 meters in length and has a gross tonnage of 62,002. The extent of the damage inflicted on the tanker is currently being assessed.
In addition to the tanker strike, Ukrainian forces targeted key logistical sites utilized by Russian invaders for military operations. Among the damaged infrastructure are:
- an automotive bridge over the North Crimean Canal near the settlement of Stavky;
- an automotive bridge in the Voinky area of Kherson Oblast.
Further operations in the Donetsk region resulted in the destruction of a command and observation post, along with several drone control points used by Russian forces. The targeted locations include:

- Ivanopillia and Komar in Donetsk Oblast;
- Oleshky in Kherson Oblast;
