According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, the weather will be predominantly overcast, with brief showers expected in northern and central regions during the night and localized light rain in various parts of the country throughout the day. The western regions may experience moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms.
Fog is anticipated in southern areas and the Carpathians during the night and morning hours. Winds will be from the southeast at speeds of 5 to 10 meters per second. Overnight temperatures are expected to range from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius, while daytime highs will vary from 22 to 27 degrees, with the western and northern regions experiencing slightly cooler temperatures between 18 and 23 degrees.

In Kyiv and the surrounding Kyiv region, the weather will also be characterized by cloudy conditions with occasional brief showers. The expected wind patterns and temperatures will mirror those of the broader region, with nighttime temperatures between 13 and 15 degrees and daytime highs reaching 21 to 23 degrees.
Return to Warmer Conditions
Weather expert Natalia Didenko noted that the temperatures on June 4 are expected to be “optimal for the human body.” She indicated that the recent drop in temperatures experienced in Ukraine is likely to stabilize.
Temperatures are forecasted to reach between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius, with southern regions potentially seeing highs of up to 27 degrees. However, in the Zakarpattia and Kharkiv regions, temperatures may only reach between 16 and 19 degrees.
