Authorities in Lviv, Ukraine, have arrested a 34-year-old man following reports of gunfire in a residential area. The incident occurred on April 23, around 9:20 AM, when residents of an apartment building on Hrinchenka Street alerted police to the sound of shots.
Upon investigation, it was determined that the man, who reportedly has mental health issues, fired shots from a Flobert revolver within his apartment. As law enforcement arrived, he discarded the weapon out of the window. Police later recovered the revolver and have sent it for forensic analysis.
The individual has been taken to a specialized medical facility for evaluation. Authorities are currently assessing the legal implications of the incident.
