Shooting Incident at Svitlovodsk City Council Injures Two

A shooting occurred at the Svitlovodsk City Council in the Kirovohrad region, resulting in injuries to two individuals. The incident has prompted an immediate response from local law enforcement.

According to Maxim Bakumenko, the secretary of the city council, all employees were evacuated from the premises following the shooting. The situation unfolded during a conflict among council staff, during which one individual reportedly fired several shots.

Oksana Kovtunenko, a spokesperson for the regional police, confirmed that two people sustained injuries and were subsequently hospitalized. Police are currently on-site to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
