A residential building in Mykolaiv was damaged following an attack by Russian kamikaze drones, resulting in a fire but, reportedly, no casualties.
According to Mykolaiv’s mayor, Oleksandr Senkevych, the city faced multiple drone strikes within a single day. The attack specifically targeted a private sector residential area, igniting a fire.
Vitaliy Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, confirmed that emergency services are currently on-site to manage the situation. Preliminary reports indicate that there were no injuries.
Air raid alerts are still in effect across the city, indicating the potential for further attacks. Local authorities are urging residents to remain in shelters, avoid approaching impact sites, and refrain from sharing photos or videos of the aftermath.
