Russian Drone Debris Strikes Apartment Building in Poltava Region, One Dead

On the evening of March 30, debris from a Russian drone fell on an apartment building in the Poltava region of Ukraine, resulting in one fatality and injuries to three others.

Vitaliy Dyakivnych, head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, confirmed the incident, noting that the drone fragments caused significant damage to the residential structure. Initial reports indicated that one person was injured, but updates later revealed a tragic outcome.

As of 1:30 AM, Dyakivnych announced the unfortunate news that one individual had died, and three people were injured in the incident. Among the injured, two individuals required hospitalization, including an eleven-year-old boy.

This event marks another instance of the ongoing conflict’s impact on civilian life in Ukraine, highlighting the risks posed by aerial assaults in populated areas.
