In the early hours of Friday, a Russian attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia led to a significant fire and resulted in injuries to two women, according to local authorities.
Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported that the assault caused damage to a multi-storey residential building, shattering windows and balconies.
Fedorov confirmed that the two injured women, aged 80 and 47, sustained shrapnel wounds to their faces, legs, and chests. Both individuals are currently receiving medical treatment.
