A resident of Kherson has died following injuries sustained during a drone attack on May 19. The incident involved a Russian drone, identified as a “Molniya,” which struck the victim’s apartment.
According to Yaroslav Shanko, the head of the local military administration, the 53-year-old man was severely injured when the drone entered through his window around 9 PM. Emergency services quickly transported him to a hospital for treatment.
Shanko reported that medical personnel worked tirelessly to save the man’s life; however, the injuries were too severe for him to recover.
