Explosions occurred in Dnipro during the early hours of April 23, resulting in damage to residential buildings and multiple injuries, according to local authorities.
The blasts were reported around 00:30, with the Ukrainian Air Force indicating the presence of a group of drones in the area via their Telegram channel.
Olexandr Hanzha, head of the regional military administration, confirmed that several apartments within a high-rise building were affected by the attack. Fires also broke out in various locations throughout the city.
By 2:00 AM, two individuals had sustained injuries. In addition to the residential building, vehicles and a store were reported to be on fire, as stated by Hanzha.
The number of injured rose to three by 2:30 AM, with a 62-year-old woman and a 68-year-old woman hospitalized in moderate condition. A 35-year-old man is receiving outpatient treatment.
The situation remains fluid as further updates are anticipated.
