To systematically integrate Ukrainian experiences, NATO established the Joint Analysis, Training, and Education Center (JATEC) in 2025.

Allies are particularly interested in Ukraine’s advancements in drone usage. Denmark is currently engaging Ukrainian specialists to combat drone threats, while Poland is developing a new drone fleet with their support.
Additionally, NATO is utilizing Ukrainian operators as simulated adversaries during its own exercises to assess combat readiness.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that Ukraine has emerged as a leader in military innovations and counter-drone technologies.
NATO Military Committee Chairman Giuseppe Cavò Dragone emphasized that Kyiv has shifted from being a consumer of security services to a provider.
Export of Weapons and Technologies
Many partner countries have expressed interest in acquiring Ukrainian weaponry. Demand for affordable interceptor drones and expertise in countering aerial attacks has surged, particularly following the threats posed by drone usage in the Iranian conflict.
Ukrainian experts are already providing consultations on air defense issues in the region. However, the export of weaponry remains limited, as the priority for the state is to ensure the defense of its frontline.
It is noteworthy that in February 2022, many Western analysts predicted a swift victory for Russia due to its military superiority.
However, Ukrainian forces managed to repel Russian advances from the capital and engage in protracted battles, simultaneously developing a robust technological and defense capability that has become critical for future military operations.
