On June 3 and during the night of June 4, Ukrainian defense forces conducted a series of strikes against Russian military facilities, including a munitions factory and naval assets in the Azov Sea.
Among the targeted sites was the “Svetlyak,” a border patrol ship of the Russian Navy, which was struck while operating in the Azov Sea. This attack underscores the ongoing military engagements in the region.
Additionally, the Ukrainian forces targeted the “Elastik” munitions factory located in Russia’s Ryazan region. Following the strike, a fire was reported, covering an area of over 400 square meters.
Further military actions included assaults on a concentration of Russian weaponry and military equipment near Novoyegorivka in Kharkiv, as well as a command post in the vicinity of Ocheretyn in Donetsk. These strikes are part of a broader strategy to disrupt Russian military operations.
Ukrainian forces also targeted an ammunition depot in the vicinity of Hryntal in Donetsk, along with fuel and lubricant storage facilities in Simferopol, Crimea, and Melitopol in Zaporizhzhia.
In previous engagements on June 3, the Ukrainian General Staff reported the destruction of one tank at the “Saint Petersburg” oil terminal, with six additional tanks and two technical trestles sustaining damage. A fire was also recorded in a warehouse spanning over 200 square meters at the “Michurinsky Progress” factory in Russia’s Tambov region.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated, “Ukrainian defense forces will continue to systematically take measures to compel the Russian Federation to cease its armed aggression against Ukraine.” This statement reflects Ukraine’s ongoing commitment to counter Russian military actions.
Ukrainian forces have intensified their military operations against Russian installations, targeting key assets including a naval ship and a munitions factory. These strikes are part of a broader strategy to disrupt Russian military capabilities amidst ongoing conflict.
