Ukrainian Drone Units Target Russian Military Assets in Recent Strikes

On May 16 and 17, Ukrainian drone units executed a series of strikes against key Russian military targets, including a strategic communication hub of the Black Sea Fleet and various logistical facilities.

Operators from the 1st Separate Center successfully targeted a secure communication node of the Russian Black Sea Fleet located in Crimea, as well as a command gathering point for enemy leadership in Donetsk. Additional strikes were directed at port cranes in Berdyansk, which were instrumental in supporting the logistics of occupying forces, and a border patrol ship in Kaspiysk, Dagestan.

The 414th Brigade, known as the “Madyar Birds,” struck a Tor-M2 surface-to-air missile system in Luhansk, a train carrying fuel and lubricants in Donetsk, and telecommunications towers in Zaporizhzhia.

Furthermore, operators also targeted an enemy command post in Donetsk.

Separately, the 412th Separate Brigade, Nemesis, successfully hit a drone control point and a logistics supply depot for enemy drones in Donetsk.

Additionally, the 413th Separate Regiment, Raid, struck an enemy command post near Pokrovsk.

Recent drone strikes by Ukrainian forces have targeted significant Russian military infrastructure, disrupting communication and logistics. These operations highlight the ongoing conflict dynamics in the region.
