Ukrainian Defense Forces Target Enemy Radar Stations in Crimea and Belgorod Region

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have successfully struck enemy radar stations in the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea and the Belgorod region of Russia. Additionally, a Tor-M1 missile system was hit in the Luhansk region.

According to a statement, these actions are part of ongoing efforts to diminish the capabilities of the Russian air defense system. Notably, the “Nebo-U” radar station located in Feodosia, Crimea, was among the targets.

On April 13, the Ukrainian forces also targeted radar systems responsible for airspace control near Mykolaivka and the “Kasta-2E” radar close to the settlement of Lubyanoe-Pervoe, both situated in the Belgorod region.

Furthermore, the destruction of the Tor-M1 missile system in the vicinity of Lozove, within the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, was confirmed on the same day. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the extent of the damage is being assessed and emphasized that operations will continue to counter Russian aggression.

In related developments, operators from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the State Border Service (SBS) targeted the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant, halting its production. Additionally, at the end of March, Ukrainian military forces disrupted the launch of “Gerbera” drones and destroyed another Tor missile system in the Donetsk direction.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have conducted successful strikes against enemy radar stations in Crimea and Belgorod, as well as a missile system in Luhansk. These actions are part of a broader strategy to weaken Russian air defense capabilities.
