During the night of June 2, over 41,000 people were in Kyiv’s metro stations for shelter, including nearly 4,500 children, as the city braced for the assault.
International leaders and officials from the United Nations have condemned the attacks, emphasizing the need for a robust response to Russia’s military actions.
