Russian officials have acknowledged ongoing difficulties in fuel supply within southern regions, attributing these issues to intensified drone strikes from Ukraine. In response, the Ministry of Energy has established a dedicated task force to address the situation.

To tackle these challenges, the Ministry has formed a permanent industry task force, which includes representatives from major companies within Russia’s fuel and energy sector. The task force’s primary objective is to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the country’s entire fuel and energy complex.
