Currency Exchange Rates Update: Dollar and Euro Trends

As the day begins, currency exchange rates have been updated across banks and exchange offices. The dollar remains close to local highs, while the euro continues to trade around the 52-hryvnia mark.

Main Highlights:

  • The dollar in exchange offices: buying – 44.20 UAH (unchanged), selling – 44.10 UAH (unchanged).
  • The euro in exchange offices: buying – 51.80 UAH (+5 kopecks), selling – 51.60 UAH (+5 kopecks).
  • The cheapest dollar is offered by Monobank at 44.43 UAH.
  • The highest selling rate for the dollar remains with PUMB at 44.70 UAH.
  • In some banks, the euro is already priced above 52 UAH.

According to Minfin, the average dollar exchange rate today has not changed. The American currency can be purchased for 44.20 hryvnias and sold for 44.10 hryvnias.

The euro has seen a slight increase in exchange offices, with the average buying rate rising by 5 kopecks to 51.80 hryvnias, and the selling rate also increasing by 5 kopecks to 51.60 hryvnias.

Bank Exchange Rates

Most banks have not experienced significant fluctuations; however, some financial institutions have adjusted their euro rates.

PrivatBank is selling the dollar at 44.50 hryvnias (+2 kopecks), while the card rate remains at 44.44 hryvnias. The euro in branches is priced at 51.90 hryvnias (-10 kopecks), with the card rate unchanged at 52.08 hryvnias.

Oschadbank has kept the dollar rate in its mobile app at 44.50 hryvnias (unchanged), while the card rate has risen to 44.65 hryvnias (+5 kopecks). The euro in the ‘Mobile Oschad’ app has increased to 51.95 hryvnias (+5 kopecks), with the card rate also rising to 52.15 hryvnias (+5 kopecks).

PUMB has raised the dollar selling rate in its cash offices to 44.70 hryvnias (+10 kopecks). The commercial rate has also increased to 44.50 hryvnias (+10 kopecks). The euro in the bank’s cash offices has risen to 52.10 hryvnias (+10 kopecks).

Monobank has kept the dollar rate unchanged at 44.43 hryvnias, while the euro has decreased by 5 kopecks to 51.95 hryvnias.

Where to Buy Currency at the Best Rate?

Dollar: The best rate among banks today is offered by Monobank at 44.43 UAH. Following are PrivatBank at 44.44 UAH and PUMB at 44.50 UAH for the commercial rate.

Euro: The lowest selling rate currently is at PrivatBank at 51.90 UAH, just 5 kopecks more at Monobank and Oschadbank.

Where to Sell Currency at the Best Rate?

Dollar: The best buying rate for the dollar is offered by Oschadbank at 44.15 UAH. PUMB buys currency at 44.10 UAH, while Monobank offers 44.06 UAH.

Euro: The most favorable rate for selling euros today is at Oschadbank at 51.45 UAH. PUMB’s buying rate is 51.40 UAH, and Monobank offers 51.25 UAH.

Today's currency exchange rates show stability for the dollar, while the euro has seen a slight increase. Banks and exchange offices offer varying rates, with some institutions adjusting their euro pricing.
