In response to the attacks, Klitschko announced that operational headquarters would be established at all locations affected by the strikes. Officials will assess the damage, and residents can file compensation claims for any property damage sustained.
“We are committed to our responsibilities regarding the restoration of homes and compensation,” Klitschko stated, urging residents to provide information about the damages.
Initial reports suggesting that individuals were trapped in a damaged school shelter have not been substantiated.
