Russian Strikes in Dnipropetrovsk Region Leave Two Civilians Injured

On May 23, Russian military actions in the Dnipropetrovsk region resulted in injuries to two civilians, one of whom is reported to be in serious condition. The attacks, which involved artillery, aerial bombs, and drones, targeted multiple areas within the region.

According to Oleksandr Hanža, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the aggressor launched nearly 40 strikes across two districts. The affected areas included Nikopol, Pokrovsk, Marhanets, Myrivka, and Chervonohryhorivka, where significant damage was inflicted on infrastructure, residential buildings, and a kindergarten.

A 72-year-old man was admitted to the hospital in critical condition, while a 64-year-old man sustained moderate injuries. Emergency services reported that the strikes caused extensive damage to both public and private properties.

In addition to the attacks in Nikopol, Russian forces targeted three communities in the Synelnykove district: Dubovikivka, Sloviansk, and Pokrovsk. Damage was reported to private homes and agricultural structures in these areas.
