Klitschko emphasized the urgency of the situation, stating, “In the Darnytskyi district, according to preliminary information, structures in a residential building have collapsed. There may be people trapped. Rescuers are heading to the site.”
As the rescue efforts continued, Klitschko later confirmed that ten individuals had been rescued from the rubble by 5:27 AM local time. Emergency services also shared images from the scene, illustrating the extent of the damage and the ongoing rescue operations.
