As of the morning of April 21, the Minfin portal reported the average dollar exchange rate in exchange offices at 44.05 UAH (+10 kopecks) for purchases. The selling rate today is at an average of 43.90 UAH (+10 kopecks).
The euro can be purchased in exchange offices today at 52 UAH (+5 kopecks) and sold at 51.80 UAH (+20 kopecks).

The average dollar purchase rate in banks stands at 44.30 UAH (+10 kopecks), with a selling rate of 43.80 UAH (+20 kopecks).
For the euro, the purchasing rate in banks today is 52.29 UAH (+4 kopecks), while the selling rate is 51.50 UAH (+10 kopecks).
PrivatBank is currently selling dollars at 44.45 UAH (+15 kopecks) in cash, with a non-cash rate of 44.44 UAH (+20 kopecks). The euro is priced at 52.35 UAH (-28 kopecks) for both cash and card transactions.
Oschadbank maintains a dollar selling rate of 44.35 UAH (+10 kopecks) in its mobile application, and 44.45 UAH (+10 kopecks) for card transactions. The euro is priced at 52.35 UAH (+5 kopecks) in the mobile app and 52.45 UAH (unchanged) for cards.
In PUMB, the dollar can be purchased for 44.40 UAH (unchanged) in cash and 44.20 UAH (unchanged) by card. The euro is sold for 52.30 UAH (-10 kopecks).
Monobank is selling dollars at 44.43 UAH (+20 kopecks) today, while the euro remains at 52.35 UAH (unchanged).
