Ukraine to Conduct Battlefield Loss Audit to Enhance Military Strategy

The Ukrainian government is set to initiate an audit of battlefield losses aimed at identifying existing challenges and developing effective solutions. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to improve military management and resource allocation.

According to Minister Fedorov, the audit will focus on analyzing each loss on the battlefield. He emphasized the importance of human capital, stating,

“We will fight for the life of every soldier.”

The findings are expected to inform managerial decisions for systematic improvements.

Fedorov indicated that the approach to determining military needs will shift from a manual to an automated model. He stated,

“We will form real needs based on quality data from the front, avoiding ineffective solutions.”

The goal is to ensure that military personnel receive optimal resources without having to modify them in the field.

Additionally, the minister announced plans to significantly increase the deployment of ground robotic complexes this year.

In terms of drone supply, Fedorov revealed that a basic minimum supply of drones will be established for military brigades. Each month, they will receive FPV, reconnaissance, bomber, and other types of drones.

This initiative aims to bolster brigades’ defense planning and ensure resource reliability. Furthermore, efforts are underway to provide centralized supplies of Starlink systems and pickup trucks to the army.

Fedorov also mentioned the development of an alternative to Mavic drones, with ongoing work on products that could serve as AI-powered equivalents to DJI Mavic drones.

Ukraine is launching a comprehensive audit of battlefield losses to enhance military strategies and resource allocation. This initiative aims to improve the effectiveness of military operations and ensure soldiers receive optimal support.
