In contrast, he indicated that new recruits in Russia are often sent directly to the front lines without adequate preparation.
Despite the ongoing mobilization, Zelensky acknowledged that there are still requests for reinforcements within Ukrainian units, as fatigue and declining morale among troops necessitate rotations. He expressed hope that the situation would improve, citing an increase in the availability of drones, weaponry, and long-range strike capabilities.
