Ukrainian Currency Exchange Rates Update for February 25

On February 25, currency exchange rates in Ukraine show a slight strengthening of the hryvnia in exchange offices, while bank rates remain stable.

Main Highlights:

  • Exchange Offices: The dollar and euro have decreased in value. The average purchase rate for the dollar is 43.23 UAH, and for the euro, it is 51.30 UAH.
  • Banks: The average selling rate for the dollar is 43.50 UAH, while the euro stands at 51.36 UAH.
  • Best Dollar Rate: Among popular banks, the lowest rate is offered by PrivatBank at 43.45 UAH and Monobank at 43.47 UAH.
  • Cashless Transactions: Typically, card rates at Oschadbank and PrivatBank are slightly higher than cash rates, averaging 3 to 15 kopecks more.

According to Minfin, the average purchase rate for the dollar today is 43.23 UAH (a decrease of 7 kopecks), while the selling rate is 43.13 UAH (also down by 7 kopecks).

The euro in exchange offices today averages 51.30 UAH (down by 10 kopecks), with a selling rate of 51.15 UAH (also down by 10 kopecks).

In banks, the average purchase rate for the dollar is 43.50 UAH, with a selling rate of 43.00 UAH. The euro is priced at 51.36 UAH for purchase and 50.75 UAH for selling.

For example, PrivatBank is selling the dollar at a rate of 43.45 UAH at the counter and 43.48 UAH for card transactions. The euro costs 51.40 UAH at the counter and 51.55 UAH for cashless payments.

Oschadbank has set the dollar selling rate at 43.50 UAH at the counter and 43.55 UAH for cashless transactions. The euro remains at 51.50 UAH for purchases at branches and 51.60 UAH for cashless payments.

At Monobank, the dollar can be purchased for 43.47 UAH, while the euro is available for 51.50 UAH.

PUMB sells dollars at a rate of 43.60 UAH at the counter, with a cashless rate of 43.40 UAH. The euro can be purchased for 51.40 UAH.
