The Ukrainian delegation has arrived in Geneva for a new round of negotiations with Russia, scheduled for February 17-18. These discussions will focus on security-related issues.

Rustem Umerov, head of the Ukrainian delegation, confirmed their arrival and stated, “Tomorrow we begin another round of talks in a trilateral format.” He emphasized that the agenda has been agreed upon and the team is prepared for substantive discussions.

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine highlighted the government’s commitment to constructive engagement and meaningful meetings on both security and humanitarian matters, aiming for a just and sustainable peace.
