Ukraine is set to experience warmer weather at the beginning of next week, with temperatures reaching up to 22 degrees Celsius in some regions. Meteorologist Natalka Didenko shared this forecast, indicating that Sunday will be notably warmer than Saturday.
According to Didenko, daytime temperatures will range from 12 to 18 degrees Celsius, while the western areas and parts of the north could see highs of 17 to 22 degrees. However, there is a slight chance of frost during the night in certain areas.
Rain is unlikely across most of Ukraine, although light showers may occur in the Chernihiv and Kyiv regions. In Kyiv, temperatures on May 3 are expected to reach between 18 and 20 degrees. Didenko noted that while an anticyclone typically brings dry conditions, a trailing atmospheric front could lead to brief rain in the capital.
Looking ahead, Didenko confirmed that the warm weather is expected to continue into the early part of next week, providing a pleasant change for residents.
Unstable Warmth
Earlier reports indicated that this warm spell could last at least a week, with temperatures gradually rising to between 17 and 24 degrees. However, Didenko cautioned that cooler conditions may return after this period of warmth.
