Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has called for immediate action from allies to increase pressure on Russia across multiple fronts. He emphasized the need for a coordinated strategy to compel Russian President Vladimir Putin to halt the ongoing conflict.
Sybiha outlined that the effective approach involves cutting off resources for Russia in military, economic, political, and technological domains. He stated that Ukraine is actively fulfilling its responsibilities through long-range sanctions, targeted strikes, and logistical blockades against Russian forces.
The minister urged international partners to enhance their efforts in undermining Russia’s military capabilities by depriving it of financial resources. He stressed the importance of dispelling any illusions Putin may have regarding achieving his objectives on the battlefield.
“A critical mass of such actions can genuinely alter the situation. Together, we can leave the Putin regime without resources and force it to end the war,” Sybiha remarked.
He concluded by asserting the urgency of taking action now rather than delaying further.
