Ukraine Implements Power Outage Schedules Amid Ongoing Energy Crisis

On Friday, April 3, scheduled power outages will be enforced across all regions of Ukraine from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM for residential consumers, while industrial power supply will face restrictions from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. This measure has been announced by the state-owned company Ukrenergo.

The company attributed these restrictions to the ongoing impact of Russian missile and drone attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. The situation remains fluid, and Ukrenergo has advised citizens to monitor updates from their regional electricity providers for any changes.

Since January 14, under the directive of President Volodymyr Zelensky, a state of emergency has been in effect in response to the ongoing threats to Ukraine’s energy sector.

Ukrainian authorities have announced power outage schedules due to damage from ongoing Russian attacks on the energy infrastructure. Citizens are advised to stay informed through regional updates.
