About Eurovision 2026

The 70th anniversary of the Eurovision Song Contest is being held at the Wiener Stadthalle, Austria’s largest indoor arena, following last year’s victory by JJ with the song ‘Wasted Love’. A total of 20 semi-final winners have advanced to the final, alongside representatives from the ‘Big Five’ countries (United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy), excluding Spain, which has opted out of participation for the first time in the contest’s history, and the previous year’s winner, Austria.

Ukraine has successfully advanced to the grand final of Eurovision 2026, continuing its strong track record in the competition. Leléka's performance of 'Ridnym' has garnered significant attention, contributing to the country's ongoing presence in the event since the introduction of semi-finals.
