Authorities in occupied Crimea have initiated scheduled electricity outages across several regions, including Alushta, Sudak, Kurman, Yevpatoria, and Perekop. This measure is part of a broader energy-saving regime that has also been introduced in Sevastopol.
On June 21, the local energy company, Krymenergo, issued warnings regarding the restrictions on electricity supply. The company stated, “Due to accidents at the electrical network facilities of the Republic of Crimea, consumption limitation schedules are being implemented across the peninsula. Information regarding these schedules will be available on the official pages of administrations and municipalities, as well as on the company’s official website.”

- In the Yevpatoria district, power will be cut for three hours followed by three hours of supply.
- In the Perekop district and Alushta, electricity will be unavailable on odd days from 00:00 to 03:00, and again from 06:00 to 09:00, with similar patterns for even days.
- In Sudak and Kurman, outages are expected to last no more than three hours in the evening.
- In Sevastopol, the acting governor, Razvozhayev, indicated that temporary power cuts may occur due to overloads in the electrical networks beyond the city limits.
Additionally, on June 21, Krymenergo reported partial power outages affecting consumers in the Northwestern, Central, and South Coast energy districts due to “damage to electrical networks.” These disruptions followed attacks by Ukrainian forces on the oil terminal TESS-Terminal-1 in Kerch and other military sites, which occurred overnight on June 21.
