Russian Forces Strike Rivne and Dnipro on May 31

According to Oleksandr Koval, the head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, the facility was struck during the latest aerial assault. Social media users shared images depicting the aftermath of the attack, showing rising smoke and flames. In a related incident, Oleksandr Hanzha, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported a separate strike on Dnipro, which also resulted in a fire.

Hanzha noted that footage of the smoke and fire from the attack was circulating online. The Ukrainian Air Force had previously issued warnings regarding potential threats from drones and ballistic missiles, highlighting the ongoing risk to civilian areas.
