According to reports from Suspilne, numerous clients expressed frustration as they were unable to load the application, with various banking operations, including money transfers, rendered inaccessible.
Oleg Horokhovskyi, co-founder of Monobank, confirmed the technical failure at 10:40 AM and indicated that specialists were actively working to resolve the issue. By 10:57 AM, he announced that the mobile app was back online.
