On May 4, a drone strike in the Chuhuiv district of Kharkiv region resulted in injuries to two individuals. The attack targeted a bread delivery vehicle, which was empty at the time.
According to the Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office, the incident occurred around 4:40 AM when an unmanned aerial vehicle, believed to be of the “Lancet” type, struck near a civilian vehicle on the Kyiv-Kharkiv-Dovzhansky road, close to the village of Kam’yana Yurha.
The assault caused significant damage to the bread truck, which was being used for the transportation of baked goods. The driver sustained a closed head injury and a concussion, while the delivery person experienced an acute stress reaction.
In response to the attack, the Chuhuiv District Prosecutor’s Office has initiated a pre-trial investigation into the incident, classifying it as a war crime.
