Death Toll Rises Following Russian Attack in Sumy Region

The aftermath of a Russian airstrike in the Sumy region has resulted in an increased death toll. A 63-year-old man from Hlukhiv succumbed to his injuries in the hospital, as confirmed by Oleg Grygorov, the head of the regional military administration.
