As of 4:33 PM, the Kharkiv City Council confirmed the blackout, stating that “Ukrenergo” and “Kharkivoblenergo” are investigating the cause of the outage and working to restore power to the city. They also noted that city passenger electric transport services are currently not operating due to the power disruptions.
