UN Vehicle Attacked in Kherson Amid Humanitarian Mission

The UN vehicle was part of a mission coordinated by the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). Both conflicting parties had been notified in advance of the mission’s arrival, yet the vehicle was still targeted.
