In a tragic incident in the Sumy region of Ukraine, two men lost their lives after an explosion occurred while they were attempting to load parts of a downed drone into a vehicle. The event took place in the morning in the community of Putyvl.
According to the head of the regional military administration, the men, aged 45 and 47, discovered drone debris and decided to transport it. Unfortunately, one of the explosive components detonated during the loading process, leading to their deaths.
“Such findings can pose a deadly risk. If you come across suspicious or unknown objects, do not approach or touch them, and immediately notify emergency services or the police,” stated Grigorov.
This incident highlights the ongoing dangers faced by residents in the region, especially as Russian forces continue to launch daily attacks using various types of drones and missiles.

In the Romny community, the attacks resulted in damage to transportation facilities and surrounding buildings. Additionally, residential areas were affected, with reports of power outages impacting numerous consumers due to the shelling.
