The attacks on the regional center were confirmed shortly after 3 a.m., coinciding with reports of fires erupting in various locations. According to local authorities, a five-story apartment building was damaged, and a private residence was partially destroyed.
As the situation unfolded, information emerged regarding the injured, accompanied by footage showing flames engulfing structures. The head of the regional military administration, Hanzha, reported, “Ten individuals have been injured due to the Russian attack on Dnipro, with seven currently hospitalized.”
The injuries reported include traumatic brain injuries, shrapnel wounds, and acoustic trauma affecting hearing and the central nervous system. Hanzha noted, “One woman is in serious condition, while the others are in moderate condition. All are receiving medical assistance.”
