Odesa experienced the highest number of casualties, with at least eight confirmed dead and 16 injured. The attacks resulted in severe damage to residential buildings, including a high-rise that caught fire, leading to the destruction of multiple apartments. The blasts also damaged critical infrastructure and caused fires in various locations.

In Kharkiv, two individuals were reported injured due to strikes in multiple districts, including damage to residential areas and vehicles. In Poltava, debris from the attacks damaged the roofs of residential buildings, while in Cherkasy, air defense units successfully intercepted four missiles and 30 drones, with some damage reported to industrial facilities.
