In the early hours of June 10, Kharkiv experienced a series of drone attacks, with reports confirming 26 strikes in total. The assaults primarily affected the Holodnohirs’kyi district, which sustained the most damage, along with the Kyivskyi district.
According to Oleg Synehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, a significant fire broke out in the Holodnohirs’kyi area, as evidenced by images showing a large plume of smoke rising from the scene.
As for casualties, city mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that five individuals were injured, with a notable number being elderly residents. Among the injured, Synehubov highlighted a 68-year-old and an 81-year-old woman, both of whom suffered acute stress reactions.
Additionally, a 35-year-old woman also experienced a severe stress response due to the attacks in the Holodnohirs’kyi district, receiving on-site medical assistance. Another victim, a 42-year-old woman, faced similar stress-related issues and was treated by medical personnel.
