On the night of May 30, Russian forces targeted the railway station in Shostka, located in the Sumy region, with a barrage of drones, resulting in the complete destruction of the station building and damage to its infrastructure.
According to reports, the attack involved several dozen Shahed drones, which struck the station directly. Fortunately, there were no casualties among staff or passengers, as individuals were sheltering at the time of the assault.
Morning train services in the region are reportedly operating on schedule, although adjustments may be necessary for some suburban routes in the coming hours.
