A rocket attack on the city of Dnipro on May 3 has resulted in significant damage and casualties. Reports indicate that at least one person has died, while over ten others have sustained injuries.
According to local authorities, the attack has left 11 individuals injured, with six requiring hospitalization. Dnipro’s mayor, Boris Filatov, provided further details regarding the incident’s aftermath.
Filatov stated that the assault caused damage to a student dormitory, as well as buildings belonging to a college and a university. Additionally, a residential high-rise and numerous private homes were affected.
He noted, “The nearby public transport stop was also severely damaged, as was a trolleybus passing at the time. Fortunately, those at the stop escaped with their lives. Other injured individuals are currently receiving care in local hospitals,” he shared via Telegram.
The recent rocket attack in Dnipro has led to one fatality and numerous injuries, highlighting ongoing security concerns in the region. Local officials are assessing the damage and providing medical assistance to the affected individuals.
