In a series of overnight strikes on June 20, Ukrainian forces targeted multiple Russian military installations, including a crucial bridge facilitating logistics between Crimea and the frontline.
According to military reports, the Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully struck a roadway bridge over the Henichesk Strait in the Kherson region. This bridge has been identified as a vital supply route for Russian troops operating in southern Ukraine.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated, “The targeted object is utilized by the enemy to ensure military logistics between the temporarily occupied Crimea and Russian military units in the southern direction.”
In addition to the bridge strike, Ukrainian forces also hit a Russian Pantsir-S air defense system near the settlement of Dolynske in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Ukrainian military operations further extended to drone command centers, with successful strikes reported in the areas of Soledar in Donetsk, Hrozove in Zaporizhzhia, and Terbebeno in Russia’s Belgorod region.
The military emphasized that these operations are part of a broader strategy to systematically diminish the operational capabilities of Russian forces, thereby hindering their ability to sustain combat operations against Ukraine.
Ukrainian forces executed targeted strikes on key Russian military assets, including a logistics bridge and air defense systems, aiming to disrupt enemy operations. These actions reflect ongoing efforts to weaken Russian military capabilities in the region.
